1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from the Store, you agree to these Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users.

2. Products

The Store offers both physical and digital products.

Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations in formatting, print presentation, or color may occur.

3. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe and/or PayPal. The Store does not store full payment card information.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to order fulfillment.

3.1 Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated in accordance with Colorado state and local law.

The Store does not independently determine tax rates. Sales tax, when required, is calculated and collected in accordance with applicable state and local regulations.

Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or import fees required by their jurisdiction.

4. Refund & Return Policy

4.1 Physical Products

Return Window

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be returned.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • The product must be in reasonable resellable condition.

Refund Amount

If returned properly within 14 days:

You will receive a refund equal to the price paid for the product plus the original shipping paid to receive it.

The intent is that, upon proper return, the transaction is treated as if it had not occurred.

Damaged Returns

If a returned item is significantly damaged, altered, or destroyed (and such damage did not occur during the original shipment to you), the refund may be reduced by the cost of returning the item to the printer or manufacturer for proper disposal.

No Return, No Refund

Refunds for physical goods are not issued without the return of the product.

4.2 Digital Products

Digital products (ebooks, downloads, PDFs, or similar items) are intangible and cannot be returned physically.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within:

72 hours (or 3 business days, whichever is longer) from the time of purchase.

Because digital items are immediately accessible and cannot be verified as deleted, this limited window exists to balance fairness and prevent abuse.

We will accept customers' word on deletions during this period.

After the Window

After 72 hours (or 3 business days, whichever is longer), digital sales are final.

Exceptions may be made in cases of:

  • Technical access failure

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Billing errors

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or payment provider.

5.1 First Dispute

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • We will respond professionally through the payment processor.

  • We will provide the required transaction and delivery documentation.

  • We will attempt a good-faith resolution.

5.2 Repeated Disputes

If a customer initiates multiple disputes:

  • We may contest future disputes more aggressively.

  • We may require additional verification before processing future orders.

  • We may refuse future sales.

5.3 Abuse of Dispute Process

If disputes are determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or used in place of the Store’s stated refund policy:

  • We may seek recovery of associated processor fees where permitted.

  • We may permanently refuse service.

The Store complies with Stripe and PayPal dispute procedures and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content sold or displayed by the Store — including text, artwork, digital files, branding, and design — remains the intellectual property of Tredeciverse Studios or its licensors.

Purchase of a product grants a license for personal use only. Digital files may not be redistributed, resold, reproduced, publicly displayed, or shared without written permission.

Digital products may contain identifying watermarking, embedded metadata, or similar protective measures intended to discourage unauthorized distribution.

Unauthorized distribution may result in suspension of access and legal action where appropriate.

7. Shipping & Fulfillment

7.1 Shipping Methods

The Store ships physical products exclusively via FedEx using the following options:

  • FedEx Ground (Standard Shipping)

  • FedEx 2Day (Expedited Shipping)

No other carriers or delivery timeframes are offered at this time.

7.2 Shipping Regions

The Store currently ships to:

  • All 50 United States

  • The District of Columbia

  • U.S. territories, including:

    • Puerto Rico

    • Guam

    • U.S. Virgin Islands

    • American Samoa

    • Northern Mariana Islands

    • U.S. Minor Outlying Islands

The Store does not currently ship internationally. International shipping may be offered in the future once appropriate logistics, customs compliance, and carrier arrangements are established.

7.3 Processing Time

Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, print production timelines, and order volume.

Delivery time begins once the shipment has been transferred to FedEx.

7.4 Delivery Responsibility

Once a shipment has been transferred to FedEx:

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

  • Delivery timelines are subject to FedEx operations.

  • The Store is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or logistical disruptions beyond our control.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

7.5 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

  • Refunds will follow the physical return policy.

7.6 Lost or Damaged in Transit

If a shipment is lost or arrives visibly damaged:

  • Contact administrator@tredeciverse.com promptly.

  • We will initiate a carrier investigation with FedEx.

  • Resolution may include a replacement or refund at our discretion once the carrier's processing is complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

Products are provided “as is” unless otherwise required by law.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Store is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Store after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

What You’re Buying

We sell physical products and digital products.

If something looks slightly different in print than on screen, that’s normal printing variation.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Sales tax is calculated based on Colorado state and local law.
We don’t decide tax rates — the state does.

Stripe or PayPal handles payment. We do not store your full card details.

Refunds

Physical Products

If you don’t want it:

  • Return it within 14 days.

  • You pay return shipping.

  • We refund the price you paid, plus the original shipping cost.

If you don’t return the product, we can’t issue a refund.

If you send it back damaged (and it didn’t arrive that way), we may deduct the cost of proper disposal.

Digital Products

Because digital files can’t really be “returned,” refunds are available within:

72 hours (or 3 business days, whichever is longer) from purchase.

After that window, digital sales are final.

If something technical went wrong or you were charged twice, contact us. We’ll fix it.

Chargebacks

If there’s a problem, email us first at administrator@tredeciverse.com.

We’re reasonable.

If someone files a dispute without contacting us first, we’ll provide order and delivery records to Stripe or PayPal.

If someone repeatedly uses chargebacks instead of our refund policy, we may:

  • Require additional verification,

  • Contest disputes more aggressively,

  • Or refuse future business.

We prefer solving things directly.

Shipping

We ship using FedEx only:

  • Standard = FedEx Ground

  • Expedited = FedEx 2Day

We ship to:

  • All 50 states

  • Washington, D.C.

  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico and the islands)

We do not currently ship internationally, but that may change in the future.

Once FedEx has your package, delivery timing is up to them.

If you enter the wrong address, you may need to pay to have it resent.

If something is lost or damaged, contact us, and we’ll work with FedEx to resolve it.

Digital File Rules

Buying a digital product gives you a personal-use license.

You can’t redistribute or resell it.

Digital products may contain watermarking or embedded metadata to discourage unauthorized sharing.

Liability

If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We keep data collection minimal. See our Privacy Policy for details.
